SCREEN SHOT OF MY 3 CLOSEST RESULTS ON ANCESTRY.COM – THERE GOES CYNTHIA!

SCREENSHOT WITH DON JOHNSON – I DON’T KNOW WHY HE HAS 2 PROFILES BUT HE DOES

SCREEN SHOT OF THE DIRECT ANCESTORS OF CYNTHIA PRUITT

WITH THAT INFORMATION DON JOHNSON TOLD ME IS THAT HIS GRANDMA LOU ALLEN (NORTHCUTT) AND CYNTHIA’S GRANDPA QUITMAN WARREN WERE FIRST COUSINS SO WE KNEW FROM THERE GOING UP A FEW GENERATIONS WE WOULD FIND OUR COMMON ANCESTOR. OUR COMMON ANCESTOR IS ONE OF THE PARENTS (ALLEN) FOR DON JOHNSON AND THAT’S WHY WE COME UP AS THIRD TO DISTANT COUSINS. 23ANDME ALLOWED ME TO SEE IF HE MATCHES MY MOTHER OR NOT AND IT SHOWS THAT HE IS CLEARLY ON MY FATHERS SIDE. YOU HAVE TO USE THE KNOWLEDGE FROM RELATIONSHIP TABLES TO FIGURE OUT IF THE RELATIONSHIP IS ACTUALLY 2ND COUSIN OR 1ST COUSIN TWICE REMOVED BASED ON THE GENERATION. RIGHT AWAY I KNEW THAT CYNTHIA AND I HAD TO BE 2 GENERATIONS APART AND COULD NOT SHARE THE SAME GRANDPARENT. HER GRANDPARENT HAD TO BE MY GREAT GREAT GRANDPARENT.

SO THAT MADE ME LEAN MORE TOWARDS QUITMAN WARREN BECAUSE THAT PUTS MY RELATIONSHIP CLOSER TO CYNTHIA RATHER THAN DON JOHNSON AS IT SAYS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE BUT I KNOW THAT THE ANCESTORS LISTED ARE DEFINITELY THE ONES THAT I GET MY DNA FROM TO MATCH THE BOTH OF THEM. I KNEW THAT I HAD TO BE A DECESDENT OF 1 OF THE 7 SIBLINGS – BELZORIA, INEZ, QUITMAN, MARY (PEARLINA), HANNAH JO, HENRY ARTHUR AND LAURINE. BELZORIA WOULD BE TOO CLOSE – HENRY, MARY AND QUITMAN NOT MOVE THEIR FAMILIES TO PORTLAND – THAT LEFT LAURINE, INEZ AND HANNAH JO. HANNAH DESCENDENTS WEREN’T BORN IN THE 60’S I DON’T THINK, I HAVEN’T LOOKED INTO INEZ YET BUT THEN I RECOGNIZED THE NAME LOWERY. ASKED ABOUT LAURINE AND HEARD THAT SHE WOULD HAVE HAD THE MOST MALE DESCENDENTS TO LOOK FOR. THEN I FOUND OUT THERE WAS RONNIE – A MAN THAT WAS ALREADY ON MY MOMS LIST THE WHOLE TIME BUT WAS OVERLOOKED BECAUSE OF THE TIMING IN HER HEAD OF THEIR TIMES TOGETHER. I NEVER WANTED TO BOTHER HIM WHEN I WAS 15 YEARS OLD LOOKING AROUND BECAUSE I WANTED TIMING TO SEEM CLOSE ENOUGH TO EVEN ASK FOR A PATERNITY TEST. I AT THE TIME HADN'T CONSIDERED THAT ENCOUNTERS COULD HAVE BEEN LATER DOWN THE ROAD WITH THE SAME INDIVIDUALS.

Simple mathematical average of sharing

BLUE MEANS EUROPEAN – BURGUNDY MEANS AFRICAN AMERICAN – ORANGE MEANS EAST ASIAN/NATIVE AMERICAN – ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS HAVE EAST ASIAN IN THEM WHEN THEY WERE TRAVELING BEFORE THE SLAVERY DAYS

THIS SCREEN SHOT SHOWS HOW DON MATCHES ME BUT NOT MY MOM, IF HE MATCHED MY MOM SHE WOULD HAVE PASSED DOWN THE SAME SEGMENT OF DNA

HERE IS HOW THE DNA IS CHOPPED UP AND THE SAME FOR ME AND MY HALF SISTER THROUGH MY MOM, AND FOR MY GRANDMOTHER AND I – MY SISTER IS IN THE BLUE AND MY GRANDMA IS IN THE GREEN
